Clinical Efficacy Observation of Different Dental Membrane Materials in Dental Implant Guided Bone Regeneration

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different dental membrane materials in dental implant guided bone regeneration.Method:60patients who accepted dental implant guided bone regeneration in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to different dental membrane materials.30 patients in the observation group were given concentrate growth factors membrane guided bone regeneration, 30 patients in the control group were given hai’ao dental restorations membrane guided bone regeneration.The thickness of bone graft and the bone thickness after implant restoration of the two groups were observed.The situation of repair success and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Result:The thickness of bone graft and the bone thickness after implant restoration of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of repair was 96.7% in the observation group,higher than 83.3% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 3.3% in the observation group,lower than 16.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Concentrate growth factors membrane guided bone regeneration in the dental implants has good effect,high success rate of repair and low incidence rate of adverse reactions.It is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
