Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinic advantages of Levofloxacin Hydrochlo on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:One hundred and sixty cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the objects and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, the experiment group was treated by Levofloxacin Hydrochlo, while the control group was treated by Ofloxacin, the clinical effects,CRP,the levels of WBC,the adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were compared.Result:The total effective rate for the experiment group was 98.75%,higher than 90.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRP,the levels of WBC in the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRP,levels of WBC in the experiment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions of the experiment group were 7.50%,lower than 25.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experiment group was 5.00%,lower than 15.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin Hydrochlo has better clinical effects on the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, with more obvious anti-inflammatory effect,no adverse reactions, low recurrence rate,it can be used as a clinical preferred drug.
