Curative Observation of Probiotics on Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis Accompanying Hepatocirrhosis

Abstract：Objective:To study the therapeutical effect of Mia with Golden bifid on spontaneous bacterial peritonitis accompanying hepatocirrhosis(SBP). Method:120 patients with SBP were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and micro ecological treatment group according to the mechanical sampling method,60 cases in each group.conventional treatment group adopted routine comprehensive treatment such as anti-infection,protecting liver, diuresis,albumin infusion,micro ecological treatment group was applied to probiotics Mia with golden bifid on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The difference between the two groups about cure rate and the total effective rate was obvious,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bacteria of spontaneous peritonitis are from their a large number of breeding and translocation via blood,lymphatic, the intestinal wall into the abdominal cavity.Mia and gold bifid can supply intestinal beneficial physiological flora,adjust the balance of intestinal flora,enhance immunity,relieve the clinical symptoms,control SBP development and improve the cure rate.
