Clinical Observation of Different Doses Liraglutide in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different doses Liraglutide in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity.Method:From January 2014 to December 2015,180 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity who admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 90 cases.Two groups were given conventional treatment.The Liraglutide 0.6 mg was used for subcutaneous injection in the control group,7 d after the dose was increased to 1.2 mg subcutaneous injection,1 time/d.The patients in the observation group were treated with the same control group,14 d after the dose was increased to 1.8 mg subcutaneous injection,1 time/d.Result:After treatment, the indicators of the two groups were significantly lower,but the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group,and with the difference between groups(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the two groups were nausea,vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms.The adverse reaction rate of observation group was slightly higher than the control group,but no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Use of 0.6 mg liraglutide initial dose,and ultimately increase to 1.8 mg as a maintenance dose of type 2 diabetes with obesity patients treatment curative effect is better, and the effect of security.
