The Effect Observation of Percutaneous Endoscopic for Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc
Abstract:[Absract] Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous endoscopic for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method:Lumbar intervertebral disc was treated with percutaneous endoscopic, the visual analog pain score(visual analogue scale,VSA) and Macnab criteria were used for preoperative, intraoperative 1 month and finally followed-up of patients with pain score and curative effect evaluation.Result:The patients were no intraoperative tear of stiff backbone and complications such as blood vessels, nerve damage. The scores of preoperative, intraoperative 1 month and finally followed-up were (8.85±1.25)points,(3.15±0.48)points and (1.79±0.23)points,the scores of preoperative was significant higher than the scores of intraoperative 1 month and finally followed-up(P<0.01).Therapeutic effect was evaluated with standard of reference Macnab, excellent were 64 cases, good were 10 cases, fair were 4 cases, bad were 2 cases, the rate of excellent and good was 92.5%.Conclusion:Percutaneous endoscopic for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is safe and effective.
