The Efficacy of Compare of L Incision Down the Back Side and Traditional Incision in the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the rear side of the inverted L incision locking plate fixation and bone grafting clinical efficacy of comminuted tibial plateau fractures.Method:80 patients with comminuted tibial plateau fractures were respectively inverted floating position using locking plate under L incision surgical treatment and traditional treatment,patients were followed up for 2 years,the occurrence of fractures and compare the degree of healing,HSS score and complications happening.Result:After 6 months and 2 years of follow-up,HSS score and score Rasmussen in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05),two groups were not obvious complications.Conclusion:The rear side of the inverted L incision is conducive to better reveal column after tibial plateau and medial column fracture better reduction and rigid fixation,high security,worthy of promotion.
