Study on the Cleaning Effect of Different Time Recovery Apparatus

Abstract：Objective:To compare the cleaning effects of different time recovery instruments,and to clarify the effect of recovery time on the cleaning effect of instruments,to select the best time to recover the equipment,and to improve the quality of cleaning equipment.Method:495 pieces of upper limb department of orthopedics instruments were randomly divided into 11 groups,45 pieces in each group,the first group was recovered immediately after operation, other groups were 1 hour to 10 hours recycling cleaning,the cleaning effect of the 11 groups was compared.Result:The 11 groups after cleaning the direct visual positive rate:4 h positive rate were 0,after 5 h were respectively 9%,13%,20%,33%,36%,44%;positive rate under magnifying glass:4 h positive rate were 0,after 5 h were respectively 9%,13%,20%,36%,36%,44%;residual blood test positive rate:4 h positive rate were 0,after 5 h were respectively 9%,13%,20%,36%,36%,62%;positive rate of corrosion:7 h positive rate were 0,after 8 h were respectively 7%,11%,18%.Conclusion:Contaminated equipment should not be placed too long,the use of moisturizing agents in the case of 4 h does not affect the recovery of equipment cleaning effect.
