Multi Slice Spiral CT Diagnosis of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.Method:The clinical and msct data of 22 pNENs patients were retrospectively analyzed.Neuroendocrine tumor in 15 cases,and neuroendocrine carcinoma in 7 cases.All patients had plain scan and three phase enhanced scan data.Result:In 22 cases,12 cases of enhancement peak appeared in arterial phase.Obvious enhancement in 6 cases,moderate enhancement in 13 cases,3 cases of low degree of enhancement.Venous phase,delayed enhancement of the degree of slow decline.There was no significant difference in tumor diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in CT values between the two groups(P>0.05), comparison of two groups of tumor peak value CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors CT signs have obvious characteristics,and most of the pancreatic tumors can be identified,enhance the peak intensity of the size of good and bad.
