Analysis of Causes and Treatment of Delayed Bleeding after Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Lithotripsy

Abstract:Objective:To explore the causes and treatment of delayed bleeding after percutaneous nephrolithotomy occur.Method:31 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy delayed bleeding in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the research objects.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Among the 31 patients in this group,5 cases were with arteriovenous fistula,accounting for 16.13%,26 cases were with false aneurysm,accounting for 83.87%.After embolotherapy,all patients’ clinical symptoms disappeared and laboratory examination showed that renal function and blood routine return to normal.They were discharged from hospital upon recovery.Conclusion:After percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy, arteriovenous fistula and pseudoaneurysm are the main causes of delayed bleeding.Embolotherapy can get a good effect,it has some promotional value.
