Nursing Effect Observation of Personalized Nursing Applied after Radical Lung Cancer Resection

Abstract：Objective:To investigate and study the effect of personalized nursing for nursing after radical lung cancer resection.Method:148 cases of patients with lung cancer radical operation in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the clinical research objects,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional methods of care,the experimental group was given personalized nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Result:After nursing,the anxiety scores of the two groups were better than before and the experimental group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized nursing mode in radical resection of lung cancer patients after treatment can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce patients’ anxiety.It has a very important role in preventing the postoperative complications in patients with lung cancer and promoting recovery.So it is worth being recommended in clinical.
