Clinical Observation of Yishenantai Decoction Combined with Progesterone Capsule in Treatment of Threatened Abortion

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishenantai decoction combined with Progesterone capsule in treatment of threatened abortion. Method:One hundred patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with the Yishenantai decoction combined with Progesterone capsule,while the control group was only treated with Progesterone capsule.Seven days as a treatment course,after two treatment courses,the symptoms of bellyache and colporrhagia were observed,the serum progesterone and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG) were measured,and the size of pregnancy sac,embryo and embryocardia-beats were observed through B-scan ultrasonography in both of the two groups in order to judge the treatment effect.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 70% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yishenantai decoction combined with Progesterone capsule has a remarkable curative effect in treatment of threatened abortion.Therefore,this treatment is worthy of promotion.
