Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of LISS steel plate and interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of multiple stage tibial fracture. Method:From March 2013 to March 2015,60 patients with multiple stage tibial fracture in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into group A(n=30) and group B(n=30), group A received blood supply failure smaller intramedullary fixation and AO plate minimally invasive internal fixation system, group B was treated with locked intramedullary nailing, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, the operation time, fracture healing time in two groups were understood.Result:Under the condition of different treatment, the operation time, fracture healing time in two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).The rates of excellent in two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood supply failure smaller intramedullary fixation and AO minimally invasive plate fixation system can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of multistage tibial fractures, the rate of excellent is high,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
