Clinical Efficacy Observation of Levofloxacin Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Cervicitis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Levofloxacin combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis patients.Method:96 cases of cervicitis patients in our hospital from July 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B through the random number table method,with each group 48 cases.The group B was given Azithromycin 0.5 g per time,1 time per day,while the group A was treated with Levofloxacin 0.3 g per time,2 times per day and Azithromycin.Then,the therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and recurrence situation were observed and compared.Result:The therapeutic effect of group A was 95.83%, higher than 70.83% of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of group A was lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Levofloxacin combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis has good clinical effect,patients have higher recovery rate and lower recurrence rate,it can improve patients’ life state effectively,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
