Relevant Research and Value in Clinical Efficacy of CT Quantitative Diagnosis of Fatty Liver for Liver Damage
Abstract:Objective:To explore the relevance between CT quantitative diagnosis of fatty liver and liver function, and to evaluate the value of CT quantitative diagnosis in the evaluation of clinical efficacy.Method:260 patients with fatty liver were chosen as the observation group. At the same time,40 people who were healthy during physical examination were chosen as the control group. The difference of CT quantitative diagnosis and abnormal rate of liver function were compared between the two groups.Result:In the observation group, there were 116 mild cases,90 moderate cases and 54 severe cases with abnormal rate of 6.03%,14.44% and 37.04% respectively. The abnormal rate of liver function had no statistically significance difference between the mild group and the control group(P>0.05).The abnormal rates of liver function of the moderate group and the severe group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, CT attenuation value of the mild group, the moderate group and the severe group were all increased, while the abnormal rate of liver function decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some correlations between moderate and severe fatty liver and abnormal liver function.CT quantitative diagnosis can evaluate the curative effect of fatty liver.
