Contrastive Analysis on Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgery in Patients with Ectopic Gestation
WANG Jia-rong
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of patients with ectopic gestation. Method:Ninety cases of patients with ectopic gestation underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group. The group A was treated with laparoscopic surgery, while the group B was given open surgery. The operative time, bleeding volume, anal exhaust time, ambulation time, hospitalization time and complications of both two groups were observed. All the patients were followed up for half a year after the treatment to observe the postoperative tubal patency rate and pregnancies.Result:Compared with group B, the bleeding volume of group A was less, and the operative time, anal exhaust time, ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications in group A was less than that in group B,while the postoperative tubal patency rate and the intrauterine pregnancy rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation makes less trauma and faster postoperative recovery in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy,it causes less complications and better wound appearance, the postoperative tubal patency rate and postoperative intrauterine pregnancy rate of patients significantly increased. So the technology is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
