The Research of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Combined with Clinical Intervention for Cervical Vertigo Caused by Cervical Instability

Abstract：Objective:To summarize the nursing of 45 cervical vertigo patient.Method:From May 2013 to March 2014,45 cervical vertigo patients to hospital for treatment were analyzed,patients were given integrative care,such as emotional care,nursing diet,exercise and behavioral intervention.The nursing effect of integrative care in cervical vertigo caused by cervical instability was analyzed.Result:Patients after a period of a course of treatment,overall treatment efficiency was 88.89%,cervical displacement,angular displacement and spinal vector surface after treatment were improved more compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely and proper care and behavioral interventions can enhance and consolidate the efficacy and reduce recurrence of the disease and effective measures.
