Abstract:Objective:To explore the changes of pituitary hormones in patients with acute craniocerebral injury.Method:From May 2013 to May 2015,80 patients with acute craniocerebral injury treated in this hospital were selected as the observation group,80 cases of healthy persons were selected in the same period as the control group. The venous blood samples at the time of admitted to the hospital,3 days later,7 days later were collected, and luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulation hormone(FSH) and promoting thyroid hormone(TSH) dynamic change situation were detected.Result:Admitted to the hospitd, LH in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,TSH was lower than that in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). The FSH and LH of the heavy patients in the observation group were higher than those of light and medium patients(P<0.05),the FSH,LH and TSH of the died patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the disability and prognosis patients, the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pituitary hormones such as FSH,LH and TSH in patients with acute craniocerebral injury will be changed. The more severe the injury, the higher the level of hormone, the value of dynamic changes and basic values can be used to evaluate the effect of injury and prognosis.
