The Clinical Research of the Breast Duct Endoscopy on Nipple Discharge/HUANG Chao-you,XIE Hui-hua
Abstract：Objective:To study the application value of Breast duct endoscopy in the treatment of papillary tumor of the breast duct in the breast duct. Method:In 123 cases of nipple discharge underwent breast duct endoscopy,70 cases were found to account for Intraductal space occupying lesions which received operation treatmen after got the ductoscopic location.Result:Ductoscopic examination found 8 cases of ductal carcinoma of the breast,33 cases of intraductal papilloma.The postoperative pathological examination confirmed 5 cases of ductal carcinoma of the breast,35 cases of papillary thyroid tumor,30 cases of Papillomatesis.Conclusion:The breast duct endoscopy can accurately locate the lesions in the breast duct,Surgical resection rate is high,the scope of operation is small,the curative effect is certain,Has high clinical application value.
