Surgical Nursing of Laparoscopic Peritoneal Vaginoplasty

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the laparoscopic surgical care methods and effects of peritoneal vaginoplasty.Method:Thirty patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for vaginoplasty in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the objects,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the experience of surgical nursing was summarized.Result:30 patients’ surgeries were successful,the success rate was 100%.None of the cases occurred preoperative improperly-preparation or nursing errors,and there was no operative complication.Conclusion:The perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention includes basic care,psychological care and postural care can improve the compliance and reduce the complications of laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty treatment,it provides effective protection for the successful of operation,which has positive clinical significance.
