Abstract:Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of lung biopsy and percutaneous lung biopsy for peripheral lung space occupying lesions. Method:Collection and analysis of 126 patients with peripheral lung space occupying lesions in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016,according to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,32 cases in the control group,94 patients in the experimental group. The control group was treated with percutaneous lung puncture, the experimental group was treated with the use of the fiber support mirror in the lung biopsy, the positive rate of the two groups was compared.Result:Among the 94 patients in the experimental group,92 cases were diagnosed clearly, among which 78 cases were diagnosed as final and the positive rate was 84.78%.In the control group of 34 patients,30 cases were diagnosed clearly,26 cases of lung biopsy diagnosis was finally diagnosed, the positive rate was 86.67%,there was no significant difference in the positive rates between the two groups(P>0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group was 2.13%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the bronchial wall by bronchoscopy lung biopsy operation more simple, less complications, but the lack of diagnosis of peripheral lung lesions.Percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral lung space occupying lesions is superior to the treatment of the lung biopsy of the trachea wall by the bronchoscopy, but the operation is complicated and the complication is much.Clinical need according to the patient's specific situation,to take the most appropriate inspection methods.
