Clinical,Endoscopic and Pathological Analysis of 60 Cases of Terminal Ileum Ulcer

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations of the terminal ileum ulcer lesions,analysis of endoscopic and pathological characteristics of patients with terminal ileum ulcer,provide a reference value for clinical diagnosis ileal ulcer disease.Method:60 cases of patients from July 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital diagnosed as ileal ulcer disease,clinical manifestations were observed in 60 patients,60 patients with the implementation of electronic colonoscopy,and taken in 60 cases of patients with lesions biopsy for pathological examination,observed endoscopic and pathological findings of 60 patients. Result:60 patients clinical symptoms were abdominal pain,diarrhea,the endoscopic found of patients,mostly large flake ulcer,followed by irregular oval ulcers and a small area of the ulcer,32 cases of patients with other parts of the disease,include back mucosal erosion colitis,inflammation of the ileocecal valve wait.Pathological examination showed pathological types 60 patients,52 patients with non-specific inflammation of the mucous membranes, the proportion was 86.7%.Conclusion:Ileal ulcer disease lack the clinical realization typical, easily misdiagnosed occur on the terminal ileum ulcer lesions with endoscopic and pathological examination, may further clarify ileal ulcer disease clinical features.
