Clinical Application Study of Minimally Invasive Pedicle Screw in Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebrae Fracture
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical application of minimally invasive pedicle screw in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae fracture. Method:20 patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital for treatment were selected, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional open pedicle screw fixation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation. The incision length, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were recorded, and the imaging parameters and the height of the injured vertebra were analyzed.Result:The length of incision, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in the observation group were better than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation,Cobb’s angle, sagittal index and vertebral height were significantly improved in the two groups, but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive predicle screw for the treatment of thoracic lumbar spine fracture patients have better effect, less trauma, less bleeding, faster recovery,it is worth clinical application.
