Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for Advanced Gastric Cancer and Its Effect on Cellular Immune Function
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:43 patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic gastric cancer radical surgery in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2015 were selected, set as research group, during the same period,43 patients were treated with open radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, set as control group.Compared with the two groups of patients in the operationpostoperative conditions, length of stay and the difference between the pre and post operation, the cell immune function.Result:Research group, incision length, bleeding volume were (6.23±2.34)cm,(131.46±22.35)ml,which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of the research group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups (CD8+) after the operation(P>0.05);the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ of the research group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has good curative effect, small incision, quick recovery, and can effectively protect the immune function.
