The Effect of 3H Nursing Service Mode Application in Internal Medicine-neurology Ward

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of 3H nursing service mode application in internal medicine-neurology.Method:3H planning nursing service mode was taken in internal medicine-neurology ward from January 2014,and 3H nursing implementation was planned,warm service of home type,etiquette service of hotel type and personalized service of hospital type were taken,and nursing work quality and patient satisfaction were contrasted before implement and after implement of 3H planning nursing service mode.Result:Score of overall nursing quality,nursing documents quality,basic nursing quality,health education quality,and patient satisfaction after implement of 3H planning nursing service mode were higher than before implement(P<0.05). Conclusion:3H nursing service mode could improve nursing quality in internal medicine-neurology ward,and raise patient satisfaction,and is value for clinical promotion.
