The Clinical Analysis on the Delivery Mode of Scar Uterine Re-pregnancy

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of different delivery mode in the pregnant women with scar uterus,and to provide the basis of the best delivery mode selection for the pregnant women with scar uterus.Method:One hundred cases of pregnant women with scar uterus who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The pregnancy outcomes between the vaginal delivery patients with scar uterus and the re-caesarean patients with scar uterus,as well as the vaginal delivery patients with scar uterus and the homochronous vaginal delivery healthy puerperae were compared. Result:In these 100 cases of uterine scar pregnancy,the success rate of vaginal delivery was 48.0%,the re-cesarean section rate was 52.0%,the bleeding, hospitalization time of re-cesarean section patients were higher than which of the vaginal delivery patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference had no statistic significant on the pregnancy outcomes between the vaginal delivery patients with scar uterus and the homochronous vaginal delivery healthy puerperae(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under a strict control of vaginal delivery indications and a strict monitoring of delivery process,the vaginal delivery is safe and feasible for pregnant women with scar uterus,which can improve the vaginal delivery rate,so as to further reduce the incidence rate of cesarean section.
