Nursing Experience of 50 Cases of Children with Tethered Cord Syndrome
Abstract：Objective:To improve the clinical nursing work in the future,and summarize the clinical nursing work of the children with tethered cord syndrome.Method:The clinical data of 50 patients with tethered cord syndrome were treated from January 2010 to January 2015 in our hospital,which were analyzed retrospectively,and sumed up the nursing work in the treatment of patients.Result:50 cases were cured and discharged without surgical treatment and care,and there was no case of complications due to nursing care.Conclusion:The perioperative nursing care of children with tethered cord syndrome can effectively improve the confidence of the families of the children,and prevent the occurrence of adverse complications,help children recover neurological function in greatest degree.
