Role Analysis of Quality Control in the Emergency Nursing Quality Management

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the actual role of quality control in the emergency nursing quality management and make specific research and analysis to improve the quality of emergency care.Method:A total of 100 cases were treated in emergency cases from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Comparative analysised the clinical effect of satisfaction,nurses and patients satisfaction score of two groups of patients with the different way of nursing.Result:The clinical effect of satisfaction of the observation group was 98%,the control group was 84%,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Nurses and patients satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In clinical practice,the useing of quality control in the emergency nursing quality management not only maximize promote the quality of care,but also improve patient satisfaction with emergency care and reduce the probability of occurrence of nurse-patient disputes,there is a certain and real value,and it can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
