The Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound Examination in the Detection of Fetal Renal Artery Blood Flow
LIAO Hong-quan
Abstract:Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of fetal renal artery blood flow in the prediction of fetal distress by color Doppler ultrasound in order to provide guidance for clinical application.Method:90 pregnant women were selected as the research object from November 2012 to November 2014 in our hospital.According to the fetal distress,90 patients were divided into two groups,45 cases of fetal distress(the research group) and 45 cases of none fetal distress(the control group). The RI,PI and S/D of two groups were compared.Result:RI,PI and S/D in the research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the RI,PI and S/D in mild asphyxia were significantly lower than those in moderate and severe asphyxia, and those with moderate asphyxia were significantly lower than those with severe asphyxia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal renal artery blood flow can help predict fetal distress and its severity. It has a certain guiding role for clinical intervention. It has a positive significance to reduce the mortality of perinatal mortality and to ensure the health of mother and baby.
