The Application Value of Transabdominal Combined with Transvaginal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Gynecological Acute Abdomen

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the application value analysis of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Method:159 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected to analysize from May 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital.All patients were examinated by transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound,and compared the diagnostic accordance rate between transabdominal ultrasound and transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound.Result:The diagnostic accordance rate of transabdominal ultrasound was 76.73%(122/159),and the rate of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 93.08%(148/159),the difference was statistically signigicant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonography examination has aspects of convenient,accuracy and painless.Transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accordance rate of gynecological acute abdomen,and has a high diagnostic value.
