Comparative Observation of the Influence of Different Temperature on the Routine Blood Test Results

Abstract：Objective:To analyze and observe the influence of different temperature on the routine blood test results.Method:126 cases of physical examination subjects were selected from June 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital as research object,4 ml venous blood were collected when the subjects in the fasting state as the test sample,respectively preserved the blood specimen in different temperature for 2 h.Compared blood tests indicators at different temperatures.Result:The values of PLT,WBC in refrigeration group were obviously higher than the room temperature group,the values of RBC,HGB and HCT were significantly lower than room temperature group,two groups of data comparison had obvious difference(P<0.05).The value of Hb in the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Samples in different temperature can have influenced the blood test results.
