Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of targeted exercise training on the upper limb fine functional recovery after cerebral infarction. Method:From January 2014 to June 2015 100 cases of patients with upper limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction were selected. They were divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group, according to random number table method. The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training therapy, the observation group was given targeted exercise training on the basis of the control group. The course of two groups was 6 weeks. FMA and STEF scores were used to evaluate the upper limb motor function, the Carr-Shepherd score was used to evaluate the fine function of hand, modified Barthel index score was used to evaluate the daily life ability evaluation, the SF-36 scale was used to evaluate the quality of life, the observation time node were before treatment and after treatment.Result:The FMA score,STEF score,Carr-Shepherd score, modified Barthel index score and SF-36 scale score of two groups before treatment had no statistically significante differences(P>0.05).The FMA score,STEF score,Carr-Shepherd score, modified Barthel index score and SF-36 scale score of two groups after treatment were obviously improved than before treatment, the improved situation of the observation group was obviously superior to the control group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted exercise training can effectively improve the fine function of cerebral infarction patients with upper limb dysfunction, improve the ability of the patient's daily life and the quality of life.
