Effect on Postoperative Pain of Operation Patients in General Surgery Department by Targeted Nursing Intervention

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effect on postoperative pain of operation patients in general surgery department by targeted nursing intervention.Method:142 surgical patients in general surgery department were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the targeted nursing group,there were 71 patients in each group.The routine nursing group were used routine nursing measures.The targeted nursing group were used targeted nursing measures on basis of routine nursing group,the effects of pain score at different time points after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.The influence of psychological,sleep quality and activity of patients by postoperative pain were observed.Result:The postoperative pain scores of patients with 1 day,2 days and 3 days after operation in the targeted nursing group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The effect of postoperative pain on the mental status,sleep quality and activity ability of the patients in the targeted nursing group were significantly lower than those of the conventional nursing group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing intervention can significantly reduce the postoperative pain of patients in Department of general surgery operation,improve their mental status, sleep quality and activity ability,promote postoperative rehabilitation,is worthy of clinical reference.
