The Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:86 cases with acute pancreatitis were selected as the object of study in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the routine nursing care was taken for the control group and experimental group was taken comprehensive nursing intervention,the nursing effect and the patients' survival quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Result:The nursing effect,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with acute pancreatitis,significantly improve the quality of life after surgery,so that patients can recover as soon as possible.
