The Diagnostic Value of Gadoxetic Acid Disodium Injection Enhanced MRI for Hepatic Nodules

Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of Gadoxetic Acid Disodium Injection(Primovist) enhanced MRI for hepatic nodules. Method:70 patients were conventional imaging(CT dynamic enhancement or dynamic MRI Gadolinium enhancement) in our hospital and Primovist enhanced MRI,and test sensitivity and specificity were compared and analyzed between the two kinds of methods.Result:The specificity(95.8%) of Primovist enhanced MRI was obviously superior than the conventional imaging(91.6%);the sensitivity(91.3%) of Primovist enhanced MRI was obviously superior than the conventional imaging(84.8%);the accuracy(94.3%) of Primovist enhanced MRI was obviously superior than the conventional imaging(88.6%).Conclusion:Primovist enhanced MRI can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of hepatic nodules,with the advantages of specificity,high sensitivity,it is worth clinical promotion.
