Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon in the Treatment of Pneumonia/Z

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of recombinant human interferon(α-1b) in the treatment of pneumonia.Method:86 cases with pneumonia were selected in pediatrics admissions of our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015. According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics and routine treatment,and the observation group was taken atomized inhalation of recombinant human interferon on the basis of conventional treatment, and the effect of treatment was observed.Result:Cough disappeared time,rales disappear time,shortness of breath,disappearance time,thermal back time,lung shadows dissipation time,length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,There were statistically significant in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human interferon is effective in the treatment of pneumonia.It can be applied to clinical treatment and promotion.
