Abstract:Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of emergency ST in the treatment of PCI segment elevation acute myocardial infarction.Method:125 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected as the research object.65 patients with emergency PCI operation were selected as the experimental group, and 60 patients with selective PCI operation were selected as the control group. The changes of left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac function, recurrence rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups after 1 week and 24 weeks after operation, and the clinical effect of PCI operation in ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction was evaluated.Result:The left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group at 1 week and 24 weeks after surgery were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the 24 week after operation, the cardiac functional compensation patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),the recurrence rate in the experimental group at 24 weeks after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Emergency PCI operation in the treatment of ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction has a significant clinical effect, and the recurrence rate is low,the treatment satisfaction is high, and it has high clinical value.
