Clinical Research of Acupuncture Combined Rehabilitation Technology Treating Shoulder Joint Subluxation after Stroke

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture combined rehabilitation technology treating shoulder joint subluxation after stroke. Method:120 patients with shoulder joint subluxation after stroke were selected as the research object from January 2012 to December 2014. According to random number table method 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups,40 cases in each group.Group A(combined group) was given acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy.Group B(rehabilitation group) was given rehabilitation treatment.Group C(acupuncture group) was given acupuncture cure.The curative effect,the degree of shoulder joint subluxation,shoulder joint activity function,degree of nerve function defect were compared in three groups.Result:Compared with before treatment,after treatment the degree of shoulder joint subluxation of three group were improved(P<0.05),but shoulder joint subluxation extent in group A improved the sharpest,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment the shoulder joint activity function were improved in three groups(P<0.05),but function of shoulder joint activity in group A improved most,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,three groups of nerve function defect were improved after treatment(P<0.05),but neurologic deficits in group A improved most,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy of group A was better than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined rehabilitation technology in the treatment of shoulder joint subluxation after stroke has more obvious advantages than acupuncture or rehabilitation technology treatment alone.It can effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms,improve the effect of treatment.
