Clinical Effect of Stereotactic Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
WANG Xiao-wei
Abstract:Objective:To further improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital, and to explore and study the safety and significance of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment process. Method:72 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional department of internal medicine. The observation group was treated with stereotactic minimally invasive surgery on the basis of conventional department of internal medicine. The therapeutic effect and complications were compared and analyzed.Result:The rate of lucid in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group at the time of admission <24 h, 24-48 h, 48-72 h,72-96 h,96-120 h,with significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group of 36 cases were successful,no cases of death.Postoperative bleeding again and complications of 1 case died,35 cases survived, the mortality rate was 2.78%.In the control group,36 cases survived in 27 cases,9 cases died, the mortality rate was 25.00%.The GOS score of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05) after 1 month of follow-up.The observation group in patients with pulmonary infection, renal insufficiency, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, multiple organ failure and hydrocephalus and other complications were lower those in the control group, there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug treatment in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the implementation of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery, not only can improve the treatment effect, but also reduce the incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
