Application of Predictive Nursing in Emergency Treatment of Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Abstract：Objective:To study and analysis the application effect of the predictive nursing in emergency treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis. Method:80 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in our hospital emergency observation area from January 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects,using the method of random stratification, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group were given conventional nursing care, the observation group on the basis of the control group were given the predictive nursing guidelines,the satisfaction with nursing care and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group, there were 2 cases of complications, the incidence of complications was 5%, and the total satisfaction degree was 95%;in the control group, there were 15 cases of complications, the incidence of complications was 37.5%, the total nursing satisfaction was 62.5%;the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Nursing care of diabetic ketoacidosis in emergency, which is worthy of popularization and promotion.
