Investigation and Analysis the Nosocomial Infections among Hospitalized Patients during 2013-2014 years
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the prevalence and clinical characteristics of nosocomial infection,so as to provide basis of prevention and control the nosocomial infection.Method:By means of prospective monitoring combined with retrospective investigation,the nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients from 2013 to 2014 were statistically analyzed.Result:The nosocomial infections from 2013 to 2014 occurred in 502 cases,541 case-times in total,the infection rate was 0.71%,and the case-time infection rate was 0.76%.Among the departments in the hospital,the highest infection rate was in ICU(7.66%);among the quarters in a whole year,the highest infection rate was in the first quarter(0.95%).The respiratory tract was the most common infection site(41.77%),and the surgical site infection was the second(12.57%).Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen monitoring for the nosocomial infections as well as intensify management of the key department and the key sites infection,and strictly implement the measure for preventing and controlling the nosocomial infection,so as to decrease the infection rate.
