The Research of Clinical Diagnosis Value of Plasma Fibrinogen Level as Ovarian Cancer Diagnostic Marker
Abstract:Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of Plasma fibrinogen in Ovarian cancer.Method: From November 2012 to March 2014, The level of FIB,CA125 and HE4 from 100 cases female Patients was measured, and comprehensive analysised the indicators including FIB,CA125 and HE4 before and after treatment.Result:The CA125 and HE4 of ovarian cancer group was the highest, and there was consistency of diagnostic results among four kinds of disease; The levels of FIB was the highest (4.53±0.71)g/L in the Pelvic abscess, and the mean level of FIB in cancer Patients was also more than the standard one (4.37±0.42)g/L(t=9.36,P<0.01)compared with the benign group; The difference of FIB values before and after treatment in Pelvic abscess group was statistically significant (t=4.60,P=0.001).The level of FIB in the improved Patients with ovarian cancer was normal(3.58±0.79)g/L,while that in those without improvement was still in non-normal level (4.57±0.79)g/L.Conclusion:FIB can be used as an important inticator in early detection of Ovarian cancer and the follow-up monitoring.
