Abstract:Objective:To investigate the meaning of coagulation test in neurosurgical patients with DIC.Method:60 cases of neurosurgical patients with DIC were selected from May 2014 to March 2015 in brain surgery as the observation group,meanwhile,60 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, checked and analyzed the coagulation test results of the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group of healthy volunteers, the TT(Thrombin time),PT(Prothrombin time) and APTT(Activated partial thromboplastin time) of the patients with DIC in the observation group significantly increased,While the FIB(Fibrinogen) level of the DIC group were significant lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neurosurgical patients with DIC can help the patients master the changing laws of coagulation indexes, help patients to be early detected and timely treated as well.
