The Efficacy Evaluation of Large Dose of Methylprednisolone combined with Gamma Globulin in Treatment of Adult Patients with Immune Thrombocytopenic

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the effect of large dose of Methylprednisolone combined with Gamma Globulin in treatment of adult patients with immune thrombocytopenic(ITP).Method:The clinical data of 39 adult patients with ITP in our hospital from August 2012 to February 2015 were retrospectively analysed, all patients were treated with large dose of Methylprednisolone combined with Gamma Globulin,the platelet levels and the adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment, and evaluated the overall clinical efficacy.Result:After treatment,the average PLT count of the 39 patients was (124.7±19.4)×109/L,which was higher than (8.7±2.4)×109/L before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05), the total efficiency rate was 94.9%.During the treatment,1 cases had liver injury,after hepatoprotective drug treatment, the ALT level returned to normal. Conclusion:Taking large dose of Methylprednisolone combined with Gamma Globulin in treatment of adult patients with immune thrombocytopenic can further improve the clinical effect, and has high security, it is an ideal treatment methods.
