Clinical Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Locking Plate in Treatment of Distal Tibial Fractures

Abstract：Objective:To explore the curative effect of minimally invasive locking plate in the treatment of distal tibial frature.Method:24 cases of patients with distal tibia frature which were treated by MIPPO technique were reviewed retrospectively.Analysis of postoperative follow-up of patients with fracture healing time,adverse reactions,and so on.Result:All cases were followed up for 9-15 months according to Baird-Jackson ankle function evaluation standard,11 cases in excellent,8 cases in good,3 cases in approve,2 cases in poor.Conclusion:MIPPO technology combined with locking compression plate in treating distal tibial fracture operation have advantage of few destruction of the soft tissue,reliable fixation,fast fracture healing, small interference of ankle joint function.
