Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Placental Stripping

Abstract：Objective:To summarize the early diagnosis and treatment of placental stripping.Method:The clinical data of 78 cases of placental placental patients were retrospectively analyzed.Result:PIH was the main factor of pregnant women in cases of placental abruption,and vaginal bleeding, waist/abdominal pain and so on were the main manifestations of placental abruption in pregnant women.Checking diagnose rate of B-ultrasound+cardiac monitoring was higher,Compared with single B-ultrasound difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of placental stripping,need specific combines the condition of patients,combined use of ultrasound and cardiac monitoring inspection,once diagnosed and handled in time,improve the maternal and child outcomes.
