Effect of Uterine Artery Embolization in the Treatment of Uterine Scar Pregnancy after Cesarean Section

Abstract:Objective:To analyse the value of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Method:34 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were included in this study,34 patients were divided into the intervention group (n=24) and the non intervention group (n=10), the bleeding amount, hospitalization time, treatment costs of the two groups of the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy were measured and compared.Result:The amount of bleeding, hospitalization time, and treatment costs of the two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine artery embolization can reduce the bleeding, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce treatment costs in cesarean scar pregnancy.
