Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of early application of Naloxone in the treatment of craniocerebral injury and cerebral hernia patients after craniotomy effect.Method:100 patients with craniocerebral injury and cerebral hernia craniotomy in our hospital from February 2013 to may 2014 were colected, according to the length of single sequence, they were divided into the study group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the study group was treated with Naloxone on the basis of the control group. The Glasgow coma score of before surgery, the 3 days and 7 days after the operation, clinical neurological function score after 3 months of treatment, postoperative mortality and length of hospital stay, which were observed and compared with the two groups.Result:Before surgery, the Glasgow coma score in the two groups were compared, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the results of 3 days and 7 days after operation were compared of the two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment ,the clinical neurological function score in the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the mortality and hospital stay of the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Early application of Naloxone in the treatment of craniocerebral injury and cerebral hernia after craniotomy in patients can be significantly reduced mortality in patients with craniocerebral injury, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the Glasgow Coma Score and the scores of clinical nervous function.
