Efficacy Observation of Applying Individual Nursing to the Icterus Nursing of Premature Infant

Abstract：Objective:To observe the efficacy of applying individual nursing to the icterus nursing of premature infant.Method:200 premature infants with icterus were selected from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital,and which were divided them into control group and observation group according to the random principle,100 cases in each group.The control group were received conventional nursing,the observation group were received individual nursing based on control group.The nursing lasted from the birth of these infants to hospital discharge,then the nursing efficacy was observed during nursing.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group;after ten days of nursing,compared the serum bilirubin value of two groups,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of applying individual nursing to the icterus nursing of premature infant is well,which can reduce the incidence of complications cased by icterus,it''s worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
