Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of 64 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging (64DSCTA) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:80 patients with CHD were retrospectivly analyzed, 64 DSCTCA and selective coronary angiography (CAG) were both performed, with the CAG as the gold standard, the test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of 64DSCTCA diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis≥50% were 93.33%,94.70%,93.96%,95.37%, 92.40%,compared with the ≥50% positive rate, there was no statistically significant difference(P=0.618>0.05).Conclusion:64DSCTCA diagnosis of CHD efficiency is higher, simple and noninvasive, can determine the nature of the plaque, can be used as screening of CHD diagnosis.
