Clinical Analysis of Students of A Vocational College in 14 Cases of Primary Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of young people with primary spontaneous pneumothorax.Method:The clinical data of 14 cases with primary spontaneous pneumothorax in the health station of our school from September 2009 to January 2015 were analyzed.Result:Unilateral pneumothorax, male multiple;before the onset of 10 cases of obvious inducement,accounted for 71.4%;lung tissue compression was more than 50% in 8 cases, accounted for 57.1%;14 cases were cured.Conclusion:Early diagnosis, timely treatment, prognosis is good; the tall figure of young men should avoid strenuous exercise, is conducive to the prevention of primary pneumothorax or recurrence.
